Ingredients for making minced meat with okra:

1 kilogram of duckling cut into cubes

½ kilogram of okra

3 units of chopped skinless and seedless tomatoes

1 unit of chopped medium onion

1 unit of chopped red pepper

3 chopped garlic cloves

1 can of tomato paste (130g)

4 tablespoons of olive oil

½ liter of water

½ cup of chopped parsley

1 teaspoon of vinegar

1 teaspoon of spicy paprika

chopped chives

Black pepper

salt

How to make mincemeat with okra:

To prepare this duckling recipe, start by. Then place a pan with the oil on medium heat and brown the meat.

Tip: To make the meat brown and tender faster, add 1-2 teaspoons of crystal or brown sugar.

Then add the tomatoes, onion, pepper and garlic, mix everything and let it cook until the tomatoes release their juices. Add remaining ingredients (except okra) and cook until meat is tender.

Meanwhile, wash the okras, dry and cut into slices. When the meat is done, add the okra, add more water if necessary, and turn off the heat when they are tender.
